surprise surprise

Yuki told me to go see him in private during lunch break. I was a bit annoyed, because I wanted to get some sleep. "So what do you want? Make it quick, because I haven't slept well last night."

"We're in school and you're sleeping? No, nevermind that-- I hope you know what tomorrow is."

I rolled my eyes. "Of course, doofus. It's Thursday. So what?"

Yuki shook his head with his palm on his face. "It's Valentine's Day, idiot. Aren't you going to give something to Honda-san?"

"Eh? Isn't it the other way around during Valentine's Day? Aren't we supposed to give back on White Day?"

"You don't have to follow what everybody is doing, right? We should do something. Well, I had some treat planned for Honda-san, but knowing you-- you'd be really competitive about anything so I'm asking you if you want to chip in."

"Chip in? What're you planning first?" I asked.

"Well, my first idea was going to the movie. The three of us. It doesn't have to be some movie that's lovey dovey."

"What's wrong then?"

"It's Valentine's Day and so the cinema's going to be crowded. So that'll get us only trouble."

"How about a planetarium? Like stargazing?" I suggested.

Yuki thought about it for a moment and nodded. "You may be into something. I'll see if there's anywhere we can go."

Crap! I totally forgot that it's Valentine's Day tomorrow! How can I be so ignorant?! There's all the hype everywhere about it and I simply forgot?!

Yuki found a planetarium not far from here and also inexpensive. There's a family restaurant near it too. We agreed to chip in. So everything is set for tomorrow. Knowing Tohru, I haven't seen her much during the past few days and so I'm sure she's up to something.

Kyo is the cat or outcast of the zodiac. Whenever he embraces a person of the opposite gender, he transforms into a cat. Kyo is really sensitive, so it is easy to get him pissed off. Whenever he loses his temper, he says mean things without thinking about what he's saying.

Kyo is also really competitive with Yuki. He will get in a fist fight or argument, but Yuki always beats him or has a comeback. He even has to live with Yuki.

Both of them have a crush on their housekeeper, Tohru, which leads to a lot of problems in their house.
